Gigabyte or Asus?

I have decided to go with an i5 750 CPU to build my system. Which is the best choice for motherboard? Gigabyte P55A UD4 or Asus P7P55D E. Both are about the same price. Or, any other choice?
I wold like the USB 3 support. I am not intereste din overclocking (whatever that is). Any suggestions?? Thanks

Gigabyte's implementation of USB 3 and SATA III is crippled. While it doesn't matter today w/ no SATA II and USB hardware to put in it, why bother w/ a USB 3 / SATA III capable MoBo if the speed is limited by half ?
