What motherboard should i get?

i found 2 motherboard but cant make up my mine. i have a phenom 2 x4 965 and a xfx radeon 5770. here the two motherboards

I prefer the msi bios setup, but either board should work fine. I've also had better luck dealing with msi support and contacting their rma dept, but it's been a few years since I've needed to use it. I currently have 3 msi and 1 biostar board.
