Biostar + 2500k overclock

Looking for someone with the new biostar bios. The board is the Tp67b+, and it has the newest bios 04.06.04.
I just want a mild overclock of 4.2ghz, preferably without adjusting the voltage. Im wondering if i need to set the turbo to 42 on all cores, because just changing the multiplier does not OC my cpu at all. Should i just set all of the turbo modes to 42?
