Now I'd like to hear your opinions on gigabyte purchase whats the down side and the up side buying on buying from gigabyte ? Thanks

^ I have not seen any downside going with Gigabyte mobos...
They are the best mobo manufacturers along side ASUS...
EVGA is also slowly catching up...


I though you were talking about the mobos...

As for their graphics cards, the only downside I would say is the warranty - Only 3 years compared to Lifetime Limited with other major manufacturers...
But their quality is as good as any other...

They should be fine, especially at this stage when most everything is done by ATI. Enjoy your new card, and tell us how it goes.

And Gigabyte have a very good reputation of manufacturing high quality mobos, that they have implemented in their graphic cards too...Like the Ultradurable 3, and so on...

@EXT64 I dont think ATI manufactures even the PCB do they ?

Gigabyte? One of the top 2 or 3 manufactures.

They make the chips, and give the design and everything for the PCB and voltage registers and things, and leave it up to the OEM's to change the design if they want to.
