Disabled onboard video card. Windows 7 OS

Hello,
i bought a new computer, windows 7 os. it was sold with intel integrated video and a better amd videocard. onboot up the machine told me the amd was not activated. use the device manager or update the drivers. i updated the drivers and it reported they were current. HERE is where the noob made the problem worse. i disbled the integrated video in the device manager and now the monitor only displays a black screen. QUESTION: how do i restore/re-enable the onboard video card? TIA

re-enable it in safemode. hit f8 a lot when booting to get into safemode
to disable intel graphics, do it in the bios.

Why would you want to use the onboard video. Make sure you're connected to the AMD card.
