Overclocking help

I am new to overclocking and for some reason my D0 revision of my i7 920 @ 4.0ghz voltage is at 1.41v on auto, is this normal?
My specs is
Motherboard: Asus rampage 3 extreme
Memory: Corsair Dominator 6GB (3x2GB) 1600MHz CM3X2G1600C8D
PSU: Corsair 750w

IF someone can advice me good overclocking info for that mother also that would be great!!

Also does anyone have the 6990 what is the average fps on ultra with 4aa???? thank you

Looks like your MB upped the voltage for you automatically when you clocked from stock 2.66GHz to 4009Ghz.

Take your CPU voltage off Auto and start working it downward.

I suspect your motherboard is excessively overvolting.
