Word 2002 Product Key or CoA....Works Suite 2002 after XP ..

After literally years, all of a sudden when I try to open a word document, I get the message insert works suite word 2002 disc to proceed. I can no longer find the disc. It's almost like a portion of Word was erased.

Your only way around this is to download a free alternative to the Microsoft packages. It's called OpenOffice and you find it at http://www.openoffice.org. It will work with your existing documents and spreadsheets and has all the functionality you need.

Thank you, the more I struggle I realize you are right. I downloaded open office for now as I may be getting a new computer soon.
