Overclocking i5-2500k Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3

Hey guys so I've retired my q6600 running at 3.4ghz and pulled the trigger to upgrade and was looking to go straight into overclocking if you can help.

My current setup:
i5-2500k 3.3ghz cooled on a corsair A50
Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3
Corsair Vengence 8gb ddr3 1600mhz
Asus GTX 570 dc ii
Seasonic X760w PSU
Zalman Z7 Plus case

and SB X-fi titanium fatal1y sound card w/ front i/o.
