Why can't I overclock?

Hey I have Biostar MCP6PB M2+ v6 motherboard, and an athlon II x2 250 OC 3.4Ghz. when I go to the bios, and to the performance booster zone, I can change the FSB and the ht link, and the DRAM config, but it doesnt display the multiplier and the CPU voltage. Thats why I can only overclock to 3.4 ghz and not any higher. My Bios is pheonix award station v6.00. Please help meeee

Locked BIOS. You do not have access to the BIOS settings that you need.
