My first FreeNAS box - rate the hardware please

I'm thinking about giving an old case, PSU and some HD's a second life with FreeNAS. It doesn't need to be cutting edge as I'm happy for a reason to recycle some components. I would buy the following components new to fill in the gaps. I'm just curious how this will stack up as a NAS box.

Intel motherboard
Intel Pentium D 2.8ghz Smithfield
2 x Kingston 1GB DDR2 533 RAM
Video Card

Already own:
2 x Maxtor 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s 7200rpm
Dynex 500W PSU
Antec ATX Mid-Tower
2 x 120mm fans (mounted as rear intake & front exhaust)
