Stuck in a reboot cycle....Kinda

Whenever I have to restart my computer it goes through it's initial post, does the memory check, and then starts over. It sometimes does this for 5-10 minutes before it finally goes to finding the IDE drives and continuing with the boot. The computer runs fine after that though.

Any suggestions why it would do that and how to fix it? Thanks!!

Have you tried clearing CMOS

I haven't recently. Probably a newbie question, but will that mess up my raid settings?
