My computer takes foooreeevveeerrr to start up and when I try to listen to music it sounds like im playing it super slow. It takes for ever for the internet to pop up but when it does it works perfectly fine. i dont understand.

Check your hard drive for free space, as well as errors (Chkdsk).
Maybe you need more memory.
Have you ever checked for viruses/malware ?
Use msconfig to look in startup tab, and uncheck anything you do not need to load at startup.
