i don't know which company's GTS 250 to buy. Is there a big diference? What should i been looking for?
i am between palit, asus, msi and gainward...

no.....not really a difference
just get the cheapest, if there are any differences
it will be like 1fps
unnoticeable,
maybe look for bundles, some games that you want or something
