Hp 1320 laserjet low printing speed

hello all,
i have a hp 1320 printer. i have printed about 70000 pages so far. my printer was really fast but now it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to print a page. i mean the transfer rate of data from computer to printer is very slow. the printer is connected to computer via usb port. i have tested windows XP and 7 on my PC and Laptop but none of them worked. can anyone help me? thanks in advance.

Try upgrading the memory in the printer. 1320 is a nice little HP laserjet. Remember, the larger the print job, the longer it will take. not sure what you are trying to print but upgrading memory in a laserjet is like upgrading memory in a computer, the more you have, the faster it runs.
