PRINTING PROBLEMS

Hello,
I cannot print multiple copies if documents on my hp printer 3015 or my laser jet color printer cp 1215. I am using MS 2010

I have the same printer using MS 2010 and had the same problem. I couldn't find any solution to it, even after calling the company (They were rude and knew nothing about the printer). I ended up having to get a new printer.

when you press print you have the option to chose how many copies you want independant of what printer you have. Dont blame the printer, blame yourself for not knowing how to use the software.

I suspect choosing number of copies wasn't the problem.

This appears to have worked on a different model with the same problem:

"Try this if using MS Word:

Go to your print menu; click the Properties button in the upper right corner; in the Advanced tab (the first tab of the six) under "Document Options" disable "Advanced Printing Features."
....

If you go onto the HP forums, there does seem to be some driver issues with these printers and newer versions of Windows, Vista and 7 specifically. You will just have to search the forums to see if any fixes work for you. For some people and applications they do, others are not having much success.
