hi guys,

im lookin for a good pc that will last for a couple of years.
I'm from belgium, but not problem when you the prices are in dollars.
i think we the position of the current exchange rate my budget will be 1800 $.
i came to this forum because i got confsued between the i5 and the i7. with durabilty in mind

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE:

Looking to order it within 2-3 weeks hopefullt the new ati cards will be out by then else ill buy low gfx card.

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: internet, movies, music and some gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED:

Don't need a mouse and keyboard, dvddrive and a speakersset, i also have 2 * 36 raptors left(maybe i can still use them for some applications ? in addition of ssd ?

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS:

shop doesnt matter, i just need good parts

PARTS PREFERENCES:

doesn't matter

OVERCLOCKING:

very basic, i heard its easy to overclock an intel so i can try it (but nothin extreme) maybe a good cooler for teh processor

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

i still have a thermaltake lanmotto case: should i keep it?
i'm also in need of a good 22"or 24" monitor (both for gaming and movies).
As i allready said i'd liek to have the new ati cars with dx11 will they be out in 2-3 weeks? and what will be the price? i think i would spend like 250$-300$ for a gfx card.

Many thanks for your help!!
