Router Problems....

Hi yesterday night mine place lost electricity coz i have UPS the pc continued to work now i turn off the pc, after electricity come back mine pc didnt had internet. Now i have WADSL internet true antenna and that internet is connected on router Level One FBR-1418TX from wich mine pc and mine systers pc get internet, so i dont have internet and mine router doesnt show any status. I plug in the cable from antenna directly in mine net card trying to log in i cant and the net card every time i enable i disable it gives me APIPA. Now i call ISP they say antenna works fine but he will reset it and asign me new MAC Address and to try log in in 10 mins. I try in 20min but still notting, calling again he again resets mine antenna and asigns new MAC Adsress and at that point i can log in but still on mine Local Area Connection it stays APIPA and gives me that Ip every time i enable disable the Local Area Connection. Now i try to use mine router but i plug all cables in and power is ok, WAN is ok, LAN 1 and 2 are ok but only status doesnt work, and also at that point i still get APIPA, ive tried disabling the FIrewall notting, ive tried reseting the router to default as it says on manual notting, ive tried configuring the tcp/ip address as it says in the manual still cant ping mine router and cant open its interface. Any1 knows why is this happening? or got a solution?
