From look at this

It looks like 3.6 ghz on my phenom 955 will only just make the 30FPS min mark. I want to be able to add graphic intensive mods. So I want to try and get to 3.8 ghz

I have hit 3.7 ghz with a CPU voltage of 1.43 and it is not stable. Even raising the voltage beyond this does not seem to be helping at all. Actually it seems to have lasted for a shorter period during prime 95

Are there any other frequencies or voltages I should raise? Do I need to start messing with my RAM?

Asus M4A78T-E AMD 790GX
Crucial Ballistix 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10600C7 1333MHz
OCZ ModXStream 780W
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition "125W Edition" 3.20GHz
and XFX 4890 but I am getting a 6970 next week

What kind of temperatures are you getting? Any aftermarket cooling for the CPU?
