Overclocking help

i have amd phenom 1090t over clocked at 3.6ghz but whenever i try to oc it at 3.8 or 4.0 it crashes and gives me a blue screen is it something to do with the voltage ? i am not sure and also need help oc my gpu ....

890gpa - ud3h, amd phenom 1090t black edition, 5770 ati radeon 1gb, cooler master v10 cpu cooler, gskill 4gb ddr3 ram, haf 932,

my bios is too confusing i dont know how to increase the voltage and also there are so many voltage options some nb then ht and dram so many
