Which is the best cooler for 2500k in a small case?

Hey guys! I wanted to know what is the best heatsink and fan that is cheap ($25-35) and also gives good performance AND fit in a medium to small case. I have a
CPU: Sandy Bridge core i5 2500k
MoBo: Msi P67-g43
Case: NZXT Gamma

I was thinking of the Hyper 212+, but the height is 158.5 mm, which i don't think will fit in my case...so suggestions anyone?

Cooler Master Hyper TX3 is a good option. Not as tall as it only uses 92mm fans, and keeps the cpu pretty cool.
