I'm adding parts to "My Cart" as we speak. I stumbled upon a new release from Hanns-G. They now have another version of that 28" monitor. I'm far, far from being an expert, but the specifications seem nearly identical. Are the couple differences worth another $60?

Thanks!

By the way, I'm switching from GTX285 to new HD 5870 if that makes a difference for what display best suits me.

P.S.

I copied this post from my other thread that no one responded to. If I knew how to edit thread titles I could've told people to scroll to the bottom and they wouldn't have to read all the irrelevant stuff and I wouldn't have had to create this thread.

Old thread, if interested:

Get the cheaper if 60$ means something in you budget...they are the same..xept the contrast ratio but u wont see any diference....Actualy u will Contrast is very poor compared to other monitors...
I dont know how reliable brand this is cause i've barely seen their products but i guess u'll be satisfied.
If u're willing to spend some extra cash for a Monitor that's gonna be on your desk for maybe 4-5 years then i'd suggest you to go with this

I wound up ordering the 27" LG. Had WAY more good reviews than the Hanns-G. Hanns-G probably would've still been an excellent pick for me, but after some research, I thought the LG was an even better pick. Besides, LG brand matches my BD-ROM. :-P

By the way, the thing is huge!!!
