PC has died as a result of my overclock

Hey guys,

I messed up trying to OC my computer a few days ago. I had settled on a nice OC but decided to try going a little higher. End result being my computer turns off about 5-10 minutes after being booted up to stress test the new OC and will not come back on.

I have 0 indication of what component has failed. Pressing the power button doesn't do anything, there are no lights on the mobo, I've reset the bios via the motherboard, and I've removed all the components to inspect them for any visual indication of damage.

Any thoughts? I'm hoping it's just the mobo so I only have to foot a $100 bill for this mess up.
