To the best of my knowledge, you shouldn't need a driver for a monitor. According to the Dell website, the monitor is plug and play so should just be able to plug it in, adjust the resolution and away you go.

When you say the monitor isn't working what do you mean? bad resolution, flickering etc.?

If the resolution isn't set to 1440x900 then you'll typically find the image to be poor quality and perhaps flickery and out of focus.

If you can give more details eg, what OS, grpahics card, connector type (DVI/VGA) should hopefully be able to help solve the problem.
