Your favorite 120mm case fan

So here is what I'm trying to do. I have the Xigmatek Elysium case. It is an amazing case and I have no problems with it at all. I have an i5 2500K, ASRock Z68 EXTREME4 GEN3 mobo, and a Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler coming in the mail to replace my current mobo, processor, and CPU cooler. I still have the case fans that came with the Elysium, but I want to upgrade the as well so I can move more air to help keep my new processor and other components as cool as possible.

My question to you all is this. What are your favorite 120mm case fans? I like Noctua and Scythe, but I don't know which ones to get from either brand. I don't want anything too loud, but I do want it to move some air. I have been looking at these two.

Noctua NF-P12

Scythe SY1225SL12M 120mm "Slipstream" Case Fan

I do not mind paying for the Noctua fans if the price difference is worth it. The Scythe fans are on sale, but I don't know if that is a good version of the fan. There are multiple versions with different RPMs as well as other Scythe fans that I don't know much about.

Either of those I feel would be an upgrade, but I was just gonna check and see what everyone else had to say about case fans. Thanks for any help you all can offer :)

  1. This is the best fan I have ever had: both powerful and quiet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553001

BTW it is 60.4 cfm, the 102.6 is cubic meters/hr.

It beats the Noctua in quiet and cfm and is a little less than the Scythe in cfm but much quieter.
