Cooler, which one?

HI,

I have AMD 1090 BE 6 core processor..
and idle temps are 34-38 in Celsius...

I have the free cooler, which we get from the company.

Ok, i need a good cooler as i am going to buy 560ti and play extensive gaming...
And i will surely overclock my CPU.

Budget, normal...
less than 50$, but need a very best cooler...

ALSO, I NEED A COOLER WHICH HAS LESS SOUND...
i hate loud sounds of the fan movements....... If it can increase the budget, no problem...
