The GTX 560 Ti in SLI performs better that a single GTX 580, if you are on budget, that GTX 560 Ti is a good option.

Right, but with the GTX 580 will happen the same, while the manufacturer keep releasing new GPU you will have to change the GPU.

single gtx580 is best solution especially for bf3.

A Corsair AX850W or something similar can handle that, even, 750W are enough. Go with good brands, Corsair, XFX, PC power and cooling, Antec...

i would go for single card every time, i ran 8800gts in sli and didnt enjoy the experience, got a 560ti now,
you know if you have a single card theres never going to be any issues,
i think driver support for sli is better then it used to be but you could still find your self not being able to use it on a game cause theres no driver support for it

ill better w8 for nvidia 600 kapler card's my be it will be nvidia ment to be cold for once XD

So it would be better to sell my 560 ti and get a 580 then to sli for a long term purpose or more future proof

600 would for the money since it can fit 2 gpu's that would be the best for sli ill just save my money buy 600 now i have 1000$ for gpu after like 5 month ill have 3000-4000$ for gpu's erm i might go with a crazy build 2x exnon's XD but n0o ty

and im sure that that 600 would be 4 way sli 2x4=8 gpu's i think? if the 600 gose to 2 way as the 590 ill cry
