Do powercolor allow overclocking?

Hi,

If I over clock my Powercolor 6970 2GB will this void the warranty?

I mean using CCC and raising 880mhz to 940mhz?

yes it will usually void the warranty, if you bought another warranty with it look it over

When you use CCC to OC, you have to unlock the card, which voids the warranty. I tried to OC my Powercolor HD 6950, but it just runs too hot (and loud).
