What is the difference between 667mhz and 3 2Gt/s

I'm looking at 2 laptops one has a 2.1 GHz AMD Athlon II dual-core processor M320 with 1MB Level 2 Cache and up to 3.2GT/s system bus
and the Other a 2.1 GHz AMD Athlon 64x2 dual core processor QL-65 with 667Mhz front side bus and 1MB L2 Cache. Is one better than the other? If so which one?
