Need some help with cpu and mobo

Okay im a noob when it comes to this i built my own pc couple months ago But i would rather be sure then just to order the parts and not double checkin with people that have bein doing this for a while i was lookin up parts on newegg and seen that am3 boards are cheap now 5 dollar diffrence isn't a big deal anymore My sis wants something to have speed BUt not for gaming as a media server with tons of hardrives and a pretty decent processor to convert some files i came down to this

okay i just want to make sure if evreything would boot up? or for the price of that processor i can get something else Just point me out man.. sorry If its a big deal But if i order this i dont need update the bios on that board right? evreything would be fine?

The regor 240 should work fine with the board and ocz ram.
