OCZ ram is good, but so is gskill and corsair etc
For the board first thing i thought was overkill...

if your willing to sacrifice sata3/usb3
Money is much better spent on video cards then mobos for gaming

Just built a system with the ASUS Rampage II and am very impressed, both by the hardware & software that came with the mobo.
