I was looking for an i5 mobo that would, if it could support SLI. Then i found the ECS P55H-A and i want to get it. My price range was about 100 Dollars, and with the Mail and Rebate it is only 93.99$.

Now the question will it support SLI even though its not certified (It has two PCI-e 2.0 16x slots)? Im NOT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BOARD! Just wondering if it will do SLI.

Note: It is certified to go Crossfire (This is what got me wondering).

That motherboard supports Crossfire only. SLI requires a license that would make the motherboard more expensive.

COULD it work, or would it have to be part of the BIOS?

It won't work. No license = no support in the BIOS.

But it's less expensive than the BIOSTAR T5 XE CFX-SLI, the BIOSTAR TPOWER i55 or the EVGA P55 SLI. In this case you get what you pay for.
