M3N78-VM vs. M4N78-VM

Can someone tell me what motherboard do you prefer?

I will use a Athlon II X2 250 AM3 CPU on it.

From what I've read both motherboards are almost equal but I think M3N78-VM is better because it has the following differences and now, with BIOS update, it supports AM3:

- FDD support
- External SATA port
- +2 Dimm sockets (total of 4)

What's your opinions?

One of them would be better. out of your ones though, the m4n78-vm would be better
