Which cable is best to use in a network of 10 users, all requiring fast connection to the internet and the network as whole?

Cat6 or Cat6e...or Cat7, but the last one isn't yet aproved by the TIA/EIA.

Best would be to use Gig connections using at least Cat5e cable or Cat6.

Using Cat6 cable on a 10/100 network won't make a difference from Cat5e unless you have severe interference issues.
