Hello i have a dell xps 720, and the chipset is nForce 680I SLI chipset, which cpucool says is included in all.

But what i dont get is, i already have ntune install and oc'd to 2.7, but when i load cpucool i get 4 options to choose from and i cant figure out which one is mine, nor does the current frequency of cpucool match my current oc.

The options are nforce 2/3/4/5 and i dont know what to choose. My bios is currently locked so im trying to use/find a program to oc my fsb further.

I tried using a BSEL mod, but i get a BDOS STOP error on boot. If i try to OC past 2.7 in ntune my comp crashes no matter what. It is a a Q6600 intel duo

I once had a working BSEL mod get me up to 3.0 but i got directx BSOD errors and removed it. but it was perfectly stable so why cant i OC my system to 3.0 through ntune?

also, is thier a program you can recommend to me other then CPUcool to OC with.. ty.
