:hello: I need to build a rig for 400-600 dollars and want to play Aion at max settings. Can anyone please suggest a rig :bounce: the lower the better, as long as it can play Aion at max. Also, I would LIKE to have a new:

Monitor, mouse, and keyboard. I have these things but they are getting pretty old. :non:

If this really can't be done at under 600 bucks with the monitor, mouse, and keyboard then that's fine. But if it can while running Aion at max settings..then that would be better.

Thanks!!

Edit:

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: September 10-September 20th

BUDGET RANGE: 400-600 USD

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: (examples: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS) Need a monitor, mouse, keyboard and an entire new rig. No OS or speakers needed...

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com, but if I could get these parts from frys it would be better since its nearby from my place

PARTS PREFERENCES: Whatever is better price/ratio performance

OVERCLOCKING: No.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: None preferred

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I need it to run Aion at max speed :) Thanks.

Why_Me's build is good, and keeps you under budget, but the LGA 775 socket is dead and leaves no upgrade path. Since you have a monitor, save up and get a decent one when you can. Maybe Christmas? Anyway, here's my recommendation. Its AMD, DDR3/AM3. Will leave a bit more flexibility for future upgrades.

$554.82 shipped. Leaves you roughly $50 for a new keyboard and mouse.

You could also swap out the mob and memory for DDR2 for $504.51 leaving you almost enough room for that 19" monitor.
