I'd probably find some quieter fans than those. 41dB is quite loud, especially when you'll have 4 of them.
Also, is it for that Athlon rig in your sig? If so, there isn't much need for it, as those parts don't emit too awful much heat.
I'm fairly certain you'd be fine with what you've got, but if it's something you want, then go for it.

Yea it is for the rig ive got in my ciggy, but i am mostly worried about the temperature of my GPU, sits at bout 59-70 degrees, which scares me to death!
The CPU and MB temps are oki, as ive got a different heatsink, the temps are:
CPU 39 idle & 45/48 load
MB 35 idle & 40+ load, these are scaring aswell lol.
mite just invest in a better GPU cooler as its on stock atm, at standard clock speeds
