My computer keeps asking me if I want to delete every file I open.
Last response: in Windows XP
For every file I open (Outlook Express, Desktop folders, etc.) my computer asks if I am sure I want to send it to the recycle bin. I accidentally deleted OE and now I cannot restore the icon or the folders. I have run 3 spyware programs and checked my firewall. All have come up negative. HELP!
