CPU voltage question

I think I got a stable setting for 2700K at x50, but I'm not sure about voltages. My CPU voltage is set at 1.3V, but CPU-Z shows 1.416V to 1.464V actual voltage under 100% load (burn test). Is it safe? I'm planning to run OC only for CPU-intensive tasks and games, so it's not 24/7, but I'd like a safe setting anyway.

Temps during burn test are in the 72-76 degrees C. CPUID shows maximum peaks at 72-82 C, but average 57-70C range.

Other voltages are set manually at default values - BCLK 100, DDR 1.5 VCCSA 0.9 VCCIO 1.05 CPU PLL 1.8 PCH 1.05

I think you're almost at the edge if you're not right on it. Yep, it's safe according to your temps and 1.46v is about right for x50.
