Link to the motherboard and link to the ram please, im not sure which XMS3 kit in particular you are referring to, it should work but there might be a better kit out there.

Yes, the difference between the CL7 and CL9 is more than the difference from 1600 to 1066 so it will perform a bit better for less.

sos for spaming but will the kingston be the fastest for my mother board for a 4 gig set thats like 70£
