Bare Minimum SSD Setup Win7?

Alright, so I am a bit of a noob, but nevertheless, I am still trying to upgrade to a Corsair 64 MB M4 SSD (good learning experience, right). I have read about all the modifications to improve SSD performance and capacity, but I don't feel comfortable yet alternating windows system settings too much. What in you opinion, would be the bare minimum modifications in order to have an SSD run proficiently in Windows 7 64 bit. I just recently built this pc, so all the parts are relatively modern (let me know if you need specific part information).

tecmo wrote an new article that Tom's Hardware published. He took another look at the Windows tweaks and did some testing. I'd say about the only tweaks you might want to consider are the space saving ones.
