Which Mobo for new I7 920 build?

Guys, Im building a new system soon and Im looking at these Mobos. I dont know which one to get. I was leaning towards the ASRocks because of its good tech reviews and value, but lately Im seeing more negative reviews on NewEgg and in some forums. I have always built with MSI boards and have not had a single problem. Im looking to game and do general everyday stuff. I dont know what Im doing when it comes to overclocking so, I dont plan to do that either.

Any help is appreciated.

I need to stay under $200. Below is the rest of my system.

Intel I7 920 Cpu with stock cooler
Antec Nine Hundred Case
Antec True Power 750 W PS
XFX Radeon 5850 Video Card
Lite ON DVD Burner
GSkill PI Series DDR3 6gb SDRamm 1600
Western Digital Sata 500 GB HD

One thing to add Get the I7 930. An extra $6 for 133mhz + the 920 is being phased out.

I bought the 920 for $200. I think I got a pretty good deal. No reason in this case to spend another $100 for a couple more mhz.......

Oo right that is a decent deal on newegg its $289 atm thats why i thought it was better to go for the 930

Unfortunately, Microcenter has the 930 now for $230. I already bought the 920. Even though I havent installed it, their policy states you cannot return processors unless they are defective........that sucks. For $30 more I would of bought it. I was a week too early buying the 920.

I just talked to Microcenter. They said they would exchange the processor for me even though I opened it! Cant beat Microcenter!! $230 for a I7 930!! Woo Hoo!

great... get the giga-byte board... wouldn't trust asrock... msi board u mentioned is very average...
