Generally speaking, motherboards with multiple graphic card slots are labeled PCI-E_1, PCI-E_2, PCI-E_3 and so on. Numbering generally begins with the slot closest to the processor.
If you want more detail, it might help if you told us what motherboard you have.
Hmmm. what brand PC is it? is it an HP? If so does it look like the board on the page below? If so the Black slot is an x16 PCI-E and the white is just a standard PCI slot. The 2 little black ones are PCI-E x1 slots.
