Fan Installation Problem

Basically, I have the Asetek LCLC cooler for my cpu and the radiator is over one of the back 120mm slots. It's so thick that it blocks 2/4 door fans from being installed. The door won't close. I think I have to mount them on the outside of my case (NZXT Zero2). I was hoping I wouldn't have to mod the case. Any suggestions?
