So I open up my custom-built computer I put together to install a wireless card. Put it in the PCI slot, done. Start up the comp, no display. Just the standby signal from my monitor. It knows it's plugged in, just in standby. Tried my mobo's built in graphics card, didn't work. Took out the PCI card and tried my graphics card, didn't work. Took out my graphics card, didn't work. Tried two other monitors, same thing. Anyone know what could be wrong?

I did, no change. Doesn't even boot i think.. Didnt sound like it was booting off of my Ubuntu live CD. The fans run, the hard drive runs. I can't seem to find the root of the problem.. Maybe i fried the motherboard or PSU.
