Well we need some more info to answer that, Firstly whats the rest of your system like and please include Monitor size and resolution and also please include power supply info.
next personally i have no clue what 500-6000 rupe will buy so can you link us to a pakistani web site then we can have an idea of whats available for that price range. Google will translate the page for us (hopefully) so dont worry about that.

if you want to play GTA4, Crysis and latest games I have to assume that you have a PCIe slot, so you're best bet for that price range is going to a 512MB 4850 which is running around $100 or 5000 Rupees. If you can afford another $20 (2000 rupees) I would recommend getting the 1GB version though. Esp for crysis and GTA4. they love to eat Video memory

8500, as in the Radeon 8500 from 2001??

The best card in that price range is the 4650 but its a low level gaming card at best.
