System is a custom built, with all new components.
CPU: Phenom II X4 955, Rev C3
MB: Asus m4a79xtd evo - 790x Chipset
RAM: 2 modules, Kingston KHX1600C9D3BK2/4G 4GB DDR3-1600Mhz
PSU: Lc-power 600 w
GPU: PowerC Ati radeon 4890 1gb ddr5

So the problem appeared when I replaced AM2 motherboard and 4GB of DDR2 memory
for Asus and 4bg dd3 (purchased in store)
The games runes about (50-100) fps depends on the game, but they are glitche. They run with bugs at approximately 70 fps???? I didnt had these glichs in same games with the old board and old memory.I reinstalled (formatted) the whole system. fresh drivers for the motherboard and graphics and still nothing. Does anyone know what the problem is?
I flashed BIOS to:)

Generally I think that memory is problem. Here's what I dug for KHX1600C9D3BK2/4G

and writes on this link

that her voltage range of 1.7-1.9v and my is working on 1.5V by default. I tried to raise voltage in BIOS but settings stay on default when i run CPU-Z ...and in BIOS stands in the way I set up
The games are still glitche!!:(((
Anyone knows solution to this problem ???

The problem is solved.
When I launched the game from the Task Manager I set the processor affinity to two jezgra. Now everything works normally, but every time i start any game I have to do this...while ATi remembers to write cattalist that would solve this problem..or something
