So i was building a x3 720 until this past week and now seriously considering the i5 750 build. The only thing left is the CPU, Mobo, Memory but i am confused as heck regarding the p55 mobos and what they really support in crossfire (down the road for me). I am leaning to a Gigabyte, Asus, or MSI board but which models really supports cross fire in PCie X16 for one card and at least PCIe x8 for 2 cards?
I would even consider a i7 920 if i could get the total mobo, mem, CPU near the i5 750 ( i have a microcenter with an i7 920 for $200)
Thanks for pulling me out of the abyss.
