TiVo and DishNetwork

My wife is from Brazil.

DirecTV doesn't have a Brazilian channel in it's line-up yet, Dish Network
does.

The DVR for Dish Network is the most abysmal thing I've ever come across. I
had DirecTiVo for quite a while and was enamored of it from day one.
Nothing else even comes close.

The problem I have is the DishNetwork DVR has two outputs but I can't find a
TiVo that will record from two inputs at once.

To compound the issue the second output is controlled by RF remote (since it
will, more than likely, be in another room) and I can't see a way to have
TiVo broadcast RF remote signals.

Any suggestions?
