Is it possible to install xp over windows 7

Hello,I have windows 7 ultimate installed in my system. But now I need windows xp 2 to be installed in my system. Please suggest me.

Use the virtual machine

If you format your HDD first, yes. Otherwise no, as Pyree said use the Virtual XP machine if you realy need backward compatabilty.
