Best cpu cooler max 60-80USD(for a 2500k)

I am looking to get a proper cpu cooler, my stock Intel heatsink for my 2500k... IMO is wasting my time

What would be the best cpu cooler i can get for a maximum price of maybe 60-80USD?

this is the most i have to spend right now.
I do intend on overclocking.


ram clearance is also important...i have the 1333 speed version of this:

it measures according to the manufacturer's page 40 mm / 1.58 inch in height.

Additional info: I live in the Caribbean and my ambient temps would be a bit higher and i also do not
have air conditioning in my room,
I have a Coolermaster elite 430 case with 4 120mm fans

I would go with the CM 212 Evo as well. Been using it for at least 3 weeks now with arctic cooling mx-2 and my temps dont even go above 37 under full load after 2-3 hours of gaming and no overclocking .

Yes 1-2C decrease probably.

Well i decided to go with the hyper 212 plus instead of the EVO amazon is my best option at online shopping, and the amazon supplier had the EVO for $40US and the hyper 212 plus for $20.63US, so I bought the 212 plus and got an artic silver 5 kit that comes with TIM and cleaner, and also a 69cfm fan for a push pull config that came up to 38.72, which correct me if i'm wrong IMO is the better deal for performance and value.

Sorry to semi-jack, but it fits in the same subject & it looks like he got an answer already anyways.

Would that fan also be the correct one for this cooler? Hyper 612PWM It was available as a combo w/a 2500k that made it the same price as the 212 evo when I bought it. The fans look identical to me, but just figured I'd double check.
